I have been a full time real estate agent since 2004. I built my career in Bismarck, North Dakota where I have been the managing broker of a large real estate firm. I am service oriented agent with extensive sales and marketing experience. I have managed and maintained transactions for agents, managed office staff and developed policies and procedures for independent contractors. I have been responsible for state audits of Trust Account and client files, recruitment and training of new agents, reporting and budgets and smooth operation of a large volume Brokerage that is consistently the leader in listings and sales in the Bismarck/Mandan market.
 
I have been licensed in Arizona for 2 years and I am looking forward to transitioning to the Arizona market where I will bring fresh ideas. I have always focused on continuing education and I pride myself on being honest and trust worthy and making life long friendships with all of my clients.
